Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all pool cues, cases, or accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear to confirm it is in unchalked and resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
